    Pucker Up, Buttercup!!

Saddle up for a party on the palette with these pretty little cucumber pickles. The perfect balance of dill and pink peppercorns; they’re sweet, salty and a little sour- enough to make even the most sophisticated sandwich blush!

Our Rodeo Disco pickles were named because of the colourful mix of spices we use to flavour them. It’s a party in a jar with coriander seeds, nigella seeds, mustard, pink peppercorns, dill, garlic and black pepper! Sliced in thinner rounds, these are a bit more delicate, almost floral, in taste.

Great on: Sandwiches, bagels, burgers, on top of your pizza. These are our favourite to eat straight out of the jar.

    Tasting Notes

Tasting notes: Seasoned with pink peppercorns, coriander seeds, mustard, dill and nigella seeds, Rodeo Disco pickles have a wonderful balance making them both punchy and tangy without being overpowering.

There’s a hint of sugar in the brine to balance out the acidity in the vinegar, but again they are very much not a sweet pickle.
